Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Marko Štumberger (Stumberger, Slovenia). You can reach me at [email protected] or via the contact form on this site.

When you submit a contact or product inquiry, the form sends your name, e-mail address, message and (for shop inquiries) the products you asked about to our server (shop-api.stumberger.si). We use it solely to answer your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Data is deleted once the matter is resolved, unless we must keep it for legal reasons (e.g. completed orders).

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam bots. The captcha is only loaded after you explicitly agree (“I agree — load captcha”) — before that, nothing is requested from Google. If you agree, Google LLC may set cookies and process data such as your IP address, browser and device information, and how you interact with the captcha. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of Google’s contractual commitments (EU standard contractual clauses / EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable). See Google’s privacy policy and terms. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s storage in your browser, or by contacting us.

With your explicit consent via the banner, this site uses Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics 4) to measure anonymous usage (e.g. page views) using cookies/identifiers set by Google. If you decline, nothing is measured and no analytics cookies are set. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive). Withdraw consent any time by clearing this site’s storage.

Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal under their own privacy policies, shown at checkout. We receive only the order data needed to deliver your purchase.

We store your shopping cart contents and your consent decisions (with timestamp, so we can prove consent) in your browser’s local storage. This never leaves your device except the cart items you explicitly send with an inquiry or order. We set no other cookies of our own.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
